My love of photography was birthed when I traveled around the globe with my Pentax film camera, 20 plus years ago in Japan, where I was raised. I moved back to the US for college, and later, to work for the 1996 Olympics for a Japanese TV station.
After giving my life to Jesus and getting married to my gifted musician, piano technician and copywriter husband, Allen, we had three children and chose to homeschool them. Through that process I learned a lot about PHOTOGRAPHY (shot years of homeschool academy yearbook headshots and candids, pets and wild life animals, weddings, and several events).
I also tutored Health and Japanese, and worked on my public speaking skills through Toastmasters. Around the time our children were ready to graduate, Virtually in Focus was birthed. I served as a digital marketer, creating websites and supporting customers who needed a virtual assistant.
However, my passion for photography and following people’s life story took over and now I mainly offer Headshots, Pet, Foods & Product shots as well as Lifestyle & Sports Photography. I am always looking to expand with a team of other photographers, videographers, digital marketers and such to better serve the community.
